The Majestic Theatre

The Majestic Theatre is located in Downtown Dallas. The theatre does not have its own parking, however, parking is available on either side of Elm just East of the theatre, or directly across the street from the theatre.
From Plano:
Take US 75 South. Take the left hand downtown exits to Live Oak and Pearl. Go until the exit dead-ends and turn/ bear right onto Pearl. At the next light, bear left to stay on Pearl. Take Pearl to Elm and turn right on Elm. The Majestic is two blocks down on the Right.
From Carrollton:
Take I-35 South. Exit Woodall Rogers following signs for I-45 South/ US 75 North. Exit Pearl Blvd. going South. Take Pearl to Elm and turn right on Elm. The Majestic is two blocks down on the Right.
From DFW Airport:
Exit the airport using the North exit. Take Hwy 114 heading to Dallas. Hwy 114 will merge into Hwy 183 at Texas Stadium. Hwy 183 will merge into I-35 South. Exit Woodall Rogers following the above directions.
From Fort Worth:
Take I-30 East. Exit I-35 North. Exit Commerce St. Take Commerce St. East to the old Central Expressway (not US 75). Turn left on Central and go two blocks to Elm. Turn left on Elm. The Majestic is two blocks down on the Right.
From Duncanville:
Take I-35 North to Dallas. Exit Commerce St. following the above directions.
From Mesquite:
Take I-30 West. Take Exit #46B (I-45 South/ US 75 North). Stay to the right as you exit as if to get on US 75 North. Immediately exit Main/ Elm to the LEFT. Stay straight on Elm. The Majestic is three blocks down on the Right.
Bass Performance Hall

The Nancy Lee and Perry R. Bass Performance Hall is located on a full city block encompassed by Commerce, Calhoun, 4th and 5th Streets in the historic Sundance Square district of downtown Fort Worth.
From I-30 traveling west: Take I-35W/Hwy 287 north exit. Go north on I-35W/Hwy 287 to Spur 280 exit. Take Spur 280 and follow directions below.
From I-30 travelling east: Take Forest Park Blvd. exit. Go left on Forest Park until it merges into Weatherford Street downtown, then follow directions below.
From Hwy 121 traveling from DFW: Take Belknap Street exit and follow directions below.
From I-35W or Hwy 287 traveling north: Take Spur 280 exit and follow directions below.
Via Spur 280: Take Spur 280 to 6th Street. Go straight (west) on 6th and enter the Carter-Burgess Plaza Parking Garage B on 6th street between Calhoun and Commerce Streets.
Via 5th or 7th Street: Take 5th to the Carter-Burgess Plaza Parking Garage B between Calhoun and Commerce Streets.
Via Belknap Street: Take Belknap to Houston Street. Go left (south) on Houston to 5th Street. Go left on 5th Street and enter the Carter-Burgess Plaza Parking Garage B on 5th street between Calhoun and Commerce Streets.
Via Weatherford Street: Take Weatherford to Houston Street. Go right (south) on Houston to 5th Street. Go left on 5th and enter the Carter-Burgess Plaza Parking Garage B on 5th street between Calhoun and Commerce Streets.
Via Lancaster Avenue: Take Lancaster to Jones Street. Go north on Jones Street to 6th Street. Go left on 6th and enter the Carter-Burgess Plaza Parking Garage B on 6th street between Calhoun and Commerce Streets.
The Music Hall at Fair Park

The Music Hall is located in Fair Park just Southeast of downtown Dallas.
From Plano:
Take US 75 South. Exit I-30 East. Exit Second Avenue (the first exit to your right). As you come down the exit ramp, the Music Hall is directly in front of you. To park on the Fair Grounds, bear right as you come down the exit ramp to the light at Grand Avenue and turn left.
From Carrollton:
Take I-35 South. Follow signs to I-30 East. Exit Second Avenue (the first exit to your right). As you come down the exit ramp, the Music Hall is directly in front of you. To park on the Fair Grounds, bear right as you come down the exit ramp to the light at Grand Avenue and turn left.
From Fort Worth:
Take I-30 East. Once you pass downtown Dallas, exit Second Avenue (the first exit to your right and is also the exit for the State Fairgrounds). As you come down the exit ramp, the Music Hall is directly in front of you. To park on the Fair Grounds, bear right as you come down the exit ramp to the light at Grand Avenue and turn left.
From Duncanville:
Take I-35 North to Dallas. Exit I-30 East. Exit Second Avenue (the first exit to your right). As you come down the exit ramp, the Music Hall is directly in front of you. To park on the Fair Grounds, bear right as you come down the exit ramp to the light at Grand Avenue and turn left.
From Mesquite:
Take I-30 West. Exit First Avenue/ Fair Park. Stay to the right as you exit, following the cloverleaf back under I-30. Turn right at the stoplight on Parry Avenue. To park on the Fair Grounds, go through one stop light and follow Parry as it curves to the left. Turn left at the stoplight at Grand Avenue.
