Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets for Texas Ballet Theater performances can be purchased through this website by clicking on the “Buy Tickets Now” button or by calling our Box Office toll free at 877-828-9200. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Ballet Box Office in Fort Worth (6845 Green Oaks Road) or Dallas (2100 Ross Avenue, Suite 110). All remaining inventory will be available for purchase at the venue box office the day of the show. However, we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance as many of our performances sell out.
Where can I purchase season tickets?
Texas Ballet Theater offers several season ticket packages. By purchasing season tickets you will receive priority seating, free ticket exchanges, special parking privileges, invitations to special Ballet events and a discount at the Texas Ballet Theater Boutique. Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes. Individual performance tickets may be exchanged for a non-refundable $10 per ticket fee. Upgrade fees may apply based on available inventory.

Tickets can be exchanged via phone, fax, or in person. Any “old” tickets must be first either faxed or mailed in to receive “new” exchanged tickets. Reprinted lost or stolen tickets will be held at Will Call.
All exchange requests must be placed 48 hours prior to the performance. Tickets will only be exchanged for another date or time of the same performance.
I have tickets but I’m out of town during all the performances. What can I do?
If exchanging your tickets for another performance is not possible, remember that Texas Ballet Theater tickets make excellent gifts! Pass them on to a friend for their enjoyment. You can also donate your tickets back to the Ballet as a tax deductable donation. To donate your tickets, call 877-828-9200. Donation request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the performance.Texas Ballet Theater is unable to refund ticket purchases.
Is the ballet appropriate for children?
Children are welcome to attend Texas Ballet Theater performances as long as they are not disruptive to other patrons. It has been our experience that children most enjoy the ballet at age 5 and up. Please understand that theater policy dictates that every person attending a performance must have a ticket—even children and "babies in arms". Click for further information. Texas Ballet Theater reserves the right to remove any disruptive patron(s) from the performance.
Do you offer discounted tickets for children?
Texas Ballet Theater does not offer a child discount for tickets. However, Student Rush Tickets may be purchased with a valid Student ID one hour before performance time. Student Rush Tickets will be sold at $10 per ticket based on available inventory. The sale of Student Rush tickets is not guaranteed as many Texas Ballet Theater performances sell out.
What time does the performance hall open?
Performance halls and the Box Office typically open one hour before the performance.

Disabled seating is available in various sections and price levels for all Texas Ballet Theater performances. To purchase disabled seating or for questions about other assistance please call Texas Ballet Theater toll free at 877-828-9200.
Parking
Parking for performances at Bass Performance Hall is available in parking garages on 4th and Calhoun and 6th and Calhoun in downtown Fort Worth. Parking is free after 5pm weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Parking at The Majestic Theatre is available on the surface lot at Elm and Harwood as well as in the parking garage across the street. Parking fees average $5 per vehicle. Texas Ballet Theater season ticket holders receive free parking in the garage at Elm and Harwood.
The Music Hall at Fair Park has ample free parking available outside the theater. Texas Ballet Theater season ticket holders receive “upper lot” parking privileges.
Valet Parking is available for $10 per vehicle at both the Bass Performance Hall and The Majestic Theatre.
What if I arrive late?
Late seating is not permitted during the performance. However, monitors are located in the lobby for late arrivals.All late comers will be seated during the next appropriate break in the performance. Please visit the restrooms before the performance begins and/or at intermission. In the event that you must leave your seat, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break in the performance.
Can I get a booster seat?
The Music Hall at Fair Park has booster seats available free of charge. Bass Performance Hall and The Majestic Theatre do not offer booster seats.
General Policies
Patrons should silence all cellular telephones and pagers during the performance. No food, drink, chewing gum, cameras, recording equipment or other electronic equipment is allowed inside the theater. Smoking is expressly prohibited. Texas Ballet Theater reserves the right to remove any disruptive patron(s) from a performance at any given time. Texas Ballet Theater is unable to refund any ticket cost. All events are subject to time, casting, date, and/or location change. The unauthorized attempt or resale of Texas Ballet Theater merchandise including but not limited to tickets is grounds for seizure and/or cancellation without compensation. Ticket holders assume all risk and dangers incidental to the attraction whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequently to, the actual attraction. Texas Ballet Theater is not responsible for any risk associated with rain or inclement weather.
